She was born in April 1904 and then sadly died in August 1979 (aged 75) She was both a burlesque dancer and actress. Who was famously remember for her feather fan and balloon bubble dances. The thing you have to remember is she did something, that was seen as being so obscene to her time. So much so she was arrested several times for perceived indecent exposure.
